LetsUpgrade Student Ambassador Program

• The LetsUpgrade Student Ambassador Program is free and without any purchase obligation
• All applicants must be able to read and converse in English
• Each registration is individual, and only one registration per person is allowed during the entire duration
• The Program is open to all individuals who have the age required by law in their country of residence to enter this competition and who are currently enrolled in a university program
• Following the submission of their online registration, participants will be reviewed & selected based on their entries or submissions
• Each candidate warrants and represents that the information entered during their application to the Program is complete and accurate. Any false, incorrect or incomplete information will result in disqualification
• Participants agree that content & passport size photos submitted as part of the registration may be used in LetsUpgrade marketing materials after the program's close
• All courier and custom charges related to anything sent to you will be taken care of by LetsUpgrade unless otherwise communicated beforehand
• Until discussed and approved by LetsUpgrade, you shouldn’t make any offerings on behalf of LetsUpgrade
• For any review/feedback that you submit, keep your content original and free from copyright violations to enable publication. Plagiarism will result in disqualification
• LetsUpgrade reserves the right to dismiss/disqualify any Ambassador who engages in fraud, misconduct, or violates guidelines, or harms the reputation of LetsUpgrade. Inactive participants may be terminated
• Unless instructed by LetsUpgrade, disclosing or disseminating any confidential information/content is prohibited. All communications are intended solely for the recipient
• At the end of the tenure, active LSAs will be eligible for the LSA Accomplishment Certificate
• If the student is inactive for a longer period of time, they will be immediately debarred from the program
• Referral board rewards can be redeemed in cash or gift coupons, whichever is available at the moment
• LU coins can only be redeemed on LetsUpgrade's website to buy courses on the platform

Non-Disclosure Agreement

It is understood and agreed to that the below identified discloser of confidential information may provide certain information that is and must be kept confidential. To ensure the protection of such information, and to preserve any confidentiality necessary under patent and/or trade secret laws, it is agreed that

The Confidential Information to be disclosed can be described as and includes:

• New product information, sample chapters, e-products, pre-release information, product pricing, customer information, marketing information or campaigns, regardless of whether such information is designated as 'Confidential Information' at the time of its disclosure
• The Applicant agrees not to disclose the confidential information obtained from the discloser to anyone unless required to do so by law
• This Agreement states the entire agreement between the parties concerning the disclosure of Confidential Information. Any addition or modification to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the parties
• If any provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement as a whole
